Every 4 months, Waterloo sees a ton of students moving in and out of the region thanks to the largest coop student community made of the University of Waterloo, Wilfrid Laurier University and Conestoga College. Looking for a right place to live or someone to take sublets is a challenge to a lot of students.
To make this process easier, two University of Waterloo students - Paul and Krishna created Findit Off Campus. They launched Findit Off Campus with the desire to create a friendly and intuitive approach to finding off campus housing in Waterloo. Since its launch in 2008, Findit Off Campus has been serving landlords and students in Waterloo region. The site does not generate any revenue and offers free posting for all landlords and students.
